Twitter is down, 1and1 hosting is down

Right now Twitter is offline again and 1and1.com hosting has been down for over 12 hours 58 hours(!!). My other host, Site5, has been having severe problems with my server lately. It's making it difficult to get things done.
I think we have gotten too used to the Internet and it's hard to get anything done when things stop working.
