MySpace Trojan Attack?

I got a friend request on MySpace on a MySpace business profile. It looked like spam, but I clicked the image to view the profile before deleting it.

I can't imagine that this is anything but a trojan. I wonder how many people will download it before MySpace pulls it off line.
