Photos of Heidi Klum and "Free Porn"

This site gets a lot of traffic for bikini-related keywords like "brazilian bikini, "bikini photos", "bikini photo gallery", and even "how to do a brazilian". I've just started to get some Google traffic for "Heidi Klum" though I don't have any posts or photos of Heidi Klum. I also have another site that still comes up for porn-related queries, even after removing the "free porn" spam comments. Server logs can be funny...

I've noticed a lot of problems with Google lately. Another interesting thing that I've seen Google do recently is update the title element of a site in the SERPs just one day after it was changed on the site, while still showing the old Web page in the cache (not updated). Usually Google takes at least a couple of days to update the SERPs.

I'm wondering if the Heidi Klum photos searches in my logs were just referrer spam. I'm not sure what else it could be.
