UPDATE: This issue has not happened since then. I'm now running several Drupal sites on a couple of Bluehost accounts with no problems.
I was installing Drupal on a Bluehost server today when I suddenly encountered the following screen:

This is unacceptable, even for cheap hosting. I install a new Drupal site at least once a week and I've never had this problem on any other hosting company. The specific site where this happened only gets about 50 visitors per month so there could not have been other server load. I did open a lot of tabs, but that should not have been enough load on the server to suspend my Bluehost account in the middle of a Drupal installation.
Has anyone else encountered this problem when installing Drupal on Bluehost?

Bluehost can't run drupal 5
I have had my own horrible experience with Bluehost.
For 2 years I had nothing but continual problems with email not working, excessive downtime, and not being able to run programs like Wordpress and phpBB without getting cpu suspension errors locking me out of my account for 5 min. each time this happened.
